You can permanently delete your CyberPrep BootCamp account and associated personal data yourself from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you can’t sign in.

Delete Your Account in the App

The fastest way is to delete your account yourself, directly in CyberPrep BootCamp:

  • 1Sign in to your CyberPrep BootCamp account.
  • 2Open the menu using the ☰ icon in the top-right corner and choose Account. (On a computer you can also click your email address in the top-right.)
  • 3In the Your Account window, scroll down to the Danger Zone.
  • 4Click Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
  • 5Your account and personal data are permanently deleted and you’re signed out right away.

Can’t Sign In? Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your CyberPrep account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What We Delete or Anonymize

  • Account profile information associated with your CyberPrep account.
  • Study progress, quiz history, practice-exam history, domain-performance records, bookmarks, streaks, saved preferences, and related learning records.
  • Support records and feedback where deletion is feasible and not required for legitimate business, security, legal, or compliance reasons.

What We May Retain

We may retain limited records as long as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback, security, dispute-resolution, and compliance purposes. We may also retain aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information that does not identify you.

⚠️ Important Subscription Notice

Deleting your CyberPrep account does not cancel an active subscription purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store. You should cancel any active app-store subscription before deleting your account. Otherwise, you may continue to be charged by the applicable app store until you cancel through that app store.

  • Android: Cancel through Google Play > Subscriptions.
  • iPhone / iPad: Cancel through Apple Settings > Subscriptions.
